In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the owner of the web page (hereinafter, the "Web ”) is Girostay, S.L. (Bravissimo), domiciled in Girona, Travesia Canaders, 7-1-1 CP 17002, with C.I.F B55283956, and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Girona, Volume 3130, Folio 39, Section 8, Sheet GI-61356 (hereinafter, Girostay , S.L. (Bravissimo)).

1.1. The purpose of these Conditions of Use is to regulate the provision of information and services provided by Girostay, S.L. (Bravissimo) through the Web.

1.2. By browsing the Web you automatically acquire the status of User (hereinafter, "You" or "User") and accept without reservations of any kind, each and every one of this Legal Notice.

The availability of the products has an indefinite duration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are empowered to unilaterally terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, the marketing of our products. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of Girona.
